Mail rules still not working

I am new at lotus notes and don't know how to use debug vars.. Where do i input them?
I checked my router task on server and it seems to be running fine and i work on a lotus client with a databases set on server and in locations i have configured that my mail goes trough domino server and not directly trough internet but the mail rules still not working...

If anyone had same problems or have some suggestions please post.
